Happy Monday and happy August!
How is it August already? At one point, August seemed so far away but here we are headed to Charlotte to have a transfer consultation at R.E.A.C.H. It’s been over a month since our egg retrieval and today we go to discuss the next steps for our 7 frozen zygotes. While we have done several rounds of IVF before, we have never frozen on Day 1 so this process is all new to us. I’m excited to plan out the next few months with the doctor. I’ll keep you all updated.
The weather has been nearly unbearable here in NC. The temps have been in the upper 90s and the heat index well over 100 degrees for almost two weeks. It’s almost pointless to style your hair or apply makeup because the humidity melts everything away the minute you walk outside. I do everything I can to stay cool, so when I saw this open shoulder tee on sale at Anthropologie, I bought one for myself.
