Good morning, friends!
Echoing what Tiffany mentioned in her post on Monday, time has been flying by this summer. June and July were both a complete blur. To be honest, I am not sure why the summer feels as if it passing so quickly. David, Ryan and I have remained at home so far. We have plans to head to the beach in about a month but haven’t gone on many adventures the past couple of months. It has been a low-key, family-filled summer complete with several pool days, family dance parties and good old fashioned playing in the yard. (Well, playing outside on the days when it hasn’t been hot enough to melt us into puddles.)
Because of the insane heat and humidity the past few weeks, I have often been found wearing a comfy tee. Some of you may remember that I posted about my love for graphic tees awhile back. That hasn’t changed, and with this weather, they have become a go-to item. I love the fact that while they are functional and keep you cool during the summer, they are also a fun addition to your closet. Throwing on a graphic tee is an easy way to create an effortless but cool look. I wear mine with either wedge sandals or stylish sneakers. I also always wear layered necklaces or a statement necklace to dress them up a tiny bit. Graphic tees also transition perfectly into cooler months as they looked great when paired with a denim jacket or with a flannel over top.
