Happy National Lipstick Day and happy Friday!
It’s no secret that we both love a good bold lipstick, so in honor of National Lipstick Day we thought we would share a few of our favorites. For years now, we have both worn Girl About Town by MAC Cosmetics….I would say that is our #1 favorite. It took us awhile to realize that we were often wearing the same exact color because it doesn’t appear the same on us because of our different complexions and hair colors. It is a really versatile color that seems to look great on just about everyone! Just recently, we were drawn to Show Orchid and that has now become a top contender for our daily go-to color. We are both typically drawn more to pink shades than any other but we have been getting adventurous lately.
While MAC and other designer brands make fabulous products, don’t be afraid to test out the lower priced brands, especially if you are testing out a new color. A few of our favorite less expensive brands include NXY from Ulta and Sonia Kashuk from Target.
