With the temperature finally dropping below the 60s, I can now wear some of my warmer sweaters. During my last trip to J. Crew Factory, I was instantly drawn to this colorful patterned sweater. I love the color combination of the reds and oatmeal, plus I knew this would be a piece I could wear to work. I often feel as though I have two wardrobes…corporate and social/weekend, so I love when I find a piece that has dual purpose.
Since these photos were taken during the weekend, I paired the sweater with jeans and booties, however I could easily swap my jeans for khaki cropped pants and my boots for heels and I would be ready for work.
If you have been following us for sometime, you already know that I like longer shirts to help camouflage my hips/thighs. Since this sweater is on the shorter side, I opted for this white tunic to wear underneath. I love that it looks like white button down, but hits midthigh…it’s the perfect shirt to have for layering this winter.
