Happy Black Friday!! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed some quality time with your loved ones. Rudy and I headed to visit my family. For long as I can remember, we have had lunch at my grandparents’ house. My dad has 5 brothers and sisters and there are kids and grandkids, so when we get together there are almost 50 of us. It is SO MUCH FUN! Plus, we don’t really all see each other except around the holidays, so it’s always nice to catch up and see how the kids have grown.
I’m sure many of you are headed out to fight the crowds of Black Friday, however I’ve opted to not join the chaos this year. Instead, I’m going to spend time with my hubby and try to just relax. I’m sure we will go to a few stores later in the day but this will be the first year in awhile that I won’t be out at crazy hours rushing to find the best deals.
Besides, when I am looking for something, I feel as though I never find it. Does that happen to you? Then when you don’t really need anything, you find everything? Well, this happened to me the other day. I went to Nordstrom to get some makeup and made the mistake of browsing the clothes and shoes. I should have known better but I still tempted myself. Of course, I found several cute things including this warm, comfy thermal tunic by Free People.
First of all, it is super soft and the oversized style helps hide my problem areas. Plus, I am really into this plum color lately…it’s a great alternative to black. This is the perfect top to throw on with jeans and boots for a dressier look or you could slip on sneakers and go super casual.
Details: Top – Free People | Jeans – Madewell (on sale for $96) | Boots – Steve Madden (similar style) | Necklace – Stella & Dot
Happy Shopping!
xoxo,
Tiffany
