The two of us recently attending the one year anniversary party of the salon, Garnish Studio & Hair Extension Bar. Tiffany and I both have our hair done there and couldn’t wait to show our support. The salon owner, Candice Motley, has been doing my hair for a few years and I was so thrilled for her when she opened her own place last year. The space is so beautiful and she truly has pieced together an incredibly talented (and fun) team of stylists. So happy that we were able to attend the celebration!

The food spread was dangerously delicious. Tiffany and I practically camped out by the setup for a half of our time there. From the bread and cheese to the specialty popcorn from local company, The Mad Popper…it was all impossible to resist.
Candice invited various vendors from businesses around town to join in on the fun. One of our favorite local accessories designers, Kate Ward from A Native Look was there as well as one of Stella & Dot’s Directors, Donna Naylor. Locally based jewelry line, Moon & Lola had a table displaying an array of their bright and beautiful pieces.
