Yes, it is only August, but Lindsey and I are both ready for fall. The heat and humidity have been unbearable here in North Carolina, so the cooler temps are welcome any day.
I recently purchased this adorable checked peplum top from Anthropologie. When I saw it online, I instantly knew that I wanted this piece in my closet. Since I typically wear a medium in tops, I ordered a 6, however it was a little big, therefore I would suggest going down a size when purchasing.
As soon as my shirt arrived, I put together this outfit in my head. I knew I wanted to pair with dark denim and my new fringe boots that I purchase during Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale. While this outfit was much cuter in my mind, I do love how this top is longer in the back.
As the cooler temps arrive, I will throw on a few layers and continue to wear this top well into the fall.
