A friend of mine, Janielle, flew out from Los Angeles to visit this past weekend. Tiffany and I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to feature her in our first “What’s in Your Bag” Guest Edition post. Thankfully, she was willing to open up her bag and share the items that she rarely leaves the home without. I will let her fill us in on her favorite things…
“Because I am a germaphobe, I always carry my Honest Co. Hand Sanitizer. I love that it comes in a spray bottle that is perfectly-sized for even a small handbag.” -Janielle
“The Burberry lippy in Tea Rose is a sheer wash of color. It is really moisturizing, which is great for the cooler months. I also think that the Burberry cosmetic line makes some of the prettiest cosmetic packaging on the market.” -Janielle
“Aviators are a classic sunglass style. I think they are a great addition to any woman’s accessory collection. There are a multitude of frame and color options to fit everyone’s face shape and complexion. This specific pair by Dolce & Gabbana is a couple years old but here is a similar option.” -Janielle
“My phone case was a stocking stuffer from my husband. Gray Malin is an L.A.-based photographer. This is one of his photographs that he took while in Bermuda. I was really drawn to the vibrancy of the colors. Gray Malin also offers several other phone case options on his website.” -Janielle
“I have used this Nivea chapstick for years. I actually use it as a base for my lipstick because I have found that it helps my lipstick go on evenly and smoothly. Also, if I am in a hurry, this product gives me enough color that I can put it on and head out the door.” -Janielle
“The Ferragamo wallet that I carry is actually a men’s wallet. I liked my husband’ so much that I bought one for myself. I carry a lot of small handbags so I often don’t have enough room for a large wallet. This one tucks perfectly into my clutches. The black and gold lipstick case is my Tom Ford lipstick. It’s from his Lips and Boys collection. The collection offers several different finishes. These lipsticks have great pigmentation. It is definitely a small luxury but, if you are a lipstick addict, I feel that a Tom Ford lipstick is a must. Unfortunately, this particular fringed Tory Burch bag is no longer available, however, here is the link to a similar one.” -Janielle
