We both love Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, so when we came across this recipe on Pinterest, we could not resist.
If you are looking for a quick, easy, yet creative dessert, you must try this one.
Ingredients
JELL-O No Bake Cheesecake mix
1 1/2 cups of cold milk
Reese’s Peanut Butter cups
Chocolate chips (we opted for a mix of peanut butter and chocolate chips)
Cupcake liners
First, mix the filling from the JELL-O cheesecake mix, using the 1 1/2 cups of cold milk.
While that sets, go ahead and drop the Reese’s into the bottom of the cupcake liners. These liners were purchased many months ago from Home Goods, however, there are so many cute options available at a variety of stores.
Once the filling has set for a few minutes, spoon it into the cupcake liners, on top of the Reese’s.
Then sprinkle the top of each cheesecake with the crumbs (from the JELL-O mix) and with the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Finally, place the mini cheesecakes in the refrigerator for about an hour then remove the cupcake liner and devour! How adorable, right?!
This recipe was super easy and extremely delicious. We recommend giving it a try.
