Target Style

Happy Tuesday everyone.  Hope you are all having a wonderful week!

I’m loving the cooler temps and all the beautiful fall colors outside.  This past weekend was one of those gloomy weekends where the sun hardly peeked through all of the clouds.  It’s extremely difficult to get motivated when its like that outside, however I did find the energy to venture to Target on Sunday.  I could spend HOURS walking the aisles of Target, even though I may have just been in the store a few days ago.

I must say Target is really impressing me this season.  They have the cutest pieces to add to your wardrobe and you cannot beat the prices.  While I was browsing the women’s clothing, I couldn’t resist to pick up a few things for myself.

My first item was a tie-front blouse by Mossimo, which was available in three colors:  black, red, and peach (its a very pale peach).  Since I have more than enough black blouses and I don’t wear a lot of red, I went for the peach color.  It’s a great neutral top!

The second piece I picked up was the faux fur vest.  Yes, I have enough faux fur vests but I didn’t have a black one (my justification for buying).  What I love about this vest is the length…it sits below the waist.  And, of course, it was the perfect layer to add to my peach blouse!

I paired my new blouse and vest with my black Madewell jeans and black suede pumps that I purchased from Target a few years ago.   The outfit turned out great.

My jewelry is from Stella & Dot.  I purchase both of these items several years ago but they are still available online.

The next time you are in need of a cute outfit, don’t forget to check out your local Target.  They hardly ever disappoint.
