I love throwing a party where I can do some DIY-ing. I recently co-hosted a shower for a coworker for her baby boy, who is due early September. She loves the beach and I thought it was the perfect theme for the shower.
I was able to find an adorable Nautical themed kit on Etsy, which came with a banner, cupcake toppers and wrappers, straws, round label stickers and menu/place cards. It was the perfect package.
I thought it would be super cute to make “blue” popcorn. It turned out okay, but I struggled with it drying enough to even get into my favor bags. After it was all done, it was well worth it!
